Declutter Doula was founded by Megan Saint-Marie. Megan brings the skills and traits of prioritization, compassion, honesty, and clear communication to her clients and their projects. Her background as a certified life coach, artist, and parent, as well as someone who has worked with clients with ADHD, give her the tools to help clients with patience, clarity, and understanding. The business name, Declutter Doula, encapsulates her process of guiding her clients through their projects to the end result. She firmly believes in going through the process together to achieve lasting results.

At Declutter Doula, we believe a well-organized home fosters peace and a sense of calm. Our mission is to help you create spaces that reflect your lifestyle and needs.

Contact DeClutter Doula to schedule a free phone consultation. This will give you a chance to talk about your project, what areas need help with, what your budget is, and where you are located. Megan will answer any of your questions on this call.

If it feels like we will work well together, Megan will schedule a walk-through to determine your priorities, and estimate how many hours it should take.

The in home consultation is free and lasts about an hour.

Megan will take notes and will set an appointment to get to work.

We offer organizing sessions weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, with some Saturday spots from 10:00 to 4:00.

Projects can be broken down into rooms, or areas, and each project usually lasts between 2 and 5 hours depending on circumstances.

We charge $55. an hour, paid at the end of each day by check or cash.

We are a small company and last-minute cancellations greatly impact us. When we schedule with you, we commit plenty of time to give you and your project the special attention you deserve.

We require two (2) business days’ notice (Monday-Friday) if you need to cancel or reschedule your decluttering session (unless a medical emergency); otherwise, we will charge 50% of the scheduled session time.

We currently are not working with those who are preparing for a HUD inspection, or those on the hoarding disorder spectrum. We refer them to these resources:
